Correction of wellbore data file inconsistency with manifest ingestion for Azure

Azure Manifest Ingestion test collection has inconsistency in the wellbore data file uploaded and the manifest ingestion step so that the depth data in the manifest ingestion do not match the data file. Also, WellboreID is not included in the WellboreMarkerSet so that the WellboreMarkerSet is an orphan. These changes are made for correction: 1. make loaded wellbore data file consistent with the manifest ingest step 2. add missing WellboreID in WellboreMarkerSet; 3. add the actual wellbore data file to the collection folder
