Intermittent record not found errors in Storage batch API

Error has been reported on Storage query/records:batch API where the user sometimes is not able to retrieve a few records. The same records could be fetched at a later time. Storage service is responding with record not found error, and is impacting 1% of the request.

**Job details to reproduce the error: **

• Number of records: 14K
• Storage batch size: 20
• Number of threads: 10
• Record size: few KBs (well head information)
