Search by Create and Modified info on Records

As part of Data Management workflows, a data admin needs the ability to find records that satisfy criteria like "when the record was created within the last 7 days" or "when the record was modified by this ". This is currently unavailable since it seems the necessary fields are not being indexed.

The queries should be against the Storage datetimes, not the indexed datetimes (if those are even kept).
