@chad, @debasisc: FYI This is the OSDU DD M12, which needs to be sheparded into the Schema Service Bootstrapping.

The changes appear monstrous because we change the schema Status to PUBLISHED for all schemas.

@osdu/platform/roles/core-contributors Please help review the MR, it doesn't have any changes in code.

Dear all, can I kindly ask about the status? This MR holds the Data Definition M12 contribution, amongst others the change to PUBLISHED (future read-only) schemas.
