Resolve "Check "WGS 84 to" case"

The BoundCRS convention assumes CT is "to WGS 84". So what if that is not the case in EPSG? In this special use case where the BoundCRS is not having a transform of form "to WGS", it is applying the transform in the forward direction while it should have "flipped" it. SO implement the code to flip or transfrom in the reverse direction.
