Fix CRS Catalog not returning all records, removing capping at 1000 records

KIRAN ALLAMSETY requested to merge 31-crs-catalog-does-not-return-all-records-but-max-1000 into master

Closes #31 (closed) code fix for the max-1000 records for CRS and CT's.
