Update CRS Catalog tutorial

Address feedback:

• in section 1.1 , in the Projected example you are missing a colon between Projected and EPSG.
• And in section 6.2, it would help adding the API call “{{osduonaws_base_url}}/api/crs/catalog/v3/points-in-aou” prior to showing the payload, so users like myself understand what call is being executed (I only knew because I’ve been looking at this case).
