CRS Catalog V3 Integration Tests Fail after Indexer Library Upgrade

We have noticed that ever since this MR was merged, CRS Catalog v3 Integration Tests consistently fail. Currently, only AWS has the integration tests enabled, which is why they appear to only be failing on AWS. We believe (but have not tried) that enabling CRS Catalog v3 Integration Tests for other CSPs would also show this error.

This might be an issue with how CRS Catalog's v3 Integration Tests work, but they were working before this MR, so that indicates that Indexer had a change in behavior, especially when the only thing I changed between those two runs was the specific Indexer Service image used.

I am also creating an issue on CRS Catalog because I am unsure if this is an issue with CRS Catalog or Indexer, so am creating issues on both projects. This is the related Indexer Issue.
