F4: Create CP record and schema

Description

The first part of notebook deals with Collaboration Project init so we need to be able to create CP record.

Acceptance criteria

The Jupyter notebook is able to successfuly create CP record

Testing scenarios

• The instructions in Notebook are easy to follow
• We are able to assign values to the CP record fields
• We are able to validate input
