Enable x-collab integration tests in the Indexer service

Description

• Enable collaboration-enabled feature in the aws properties
• Raise an MR in the Community, run trusted pipeline, check int tests status, get docker image
• Manually deploy the image in the 47L new env. Perform manual tests
• Merge the MR in the Community
• do not add commit that covers lowered cases env names in 47 lining pipeline support 'elasticsearch_port' / 'elasticsearch_credentials' / 'indexer-sns-topic-arn' / 'storage-sqs-url' / 'indexer-deadletter-queue-sqs-url' since these creds are only works for 47lining evns, not for new one.

Acceptance criteria

• collab indexing and int tests enabled in the community for AWS CSP
• collab-enabled Indexer is deployed in the 47L

Testing scenarios

• manual and int tests pass
