Bug: DELETE /projects/{id}/lifecycleevent takes wrong payload. Logic issues are also possible.

Description

Look at the below Swagger. The provided example payload is wrong.

Check with the CollaborationProject, AbstractCollectionLifecycleEvent, CollaborationProjectDataCollection schemas

For deletes, we don't need a complete lifecycle payload. Deleteng events must be possible by their event IDs
