AWS: sonar source fix

sonar-source-fix into master

SonarQube plugin is no longer maintained by Codehaus (since 2019). This will throw an error when we attempt to run mvn sonar:sonar. The plugin is being maintained by SonarSource currently. The maven project needs to be updated to point to this new location.
