Use worker logs from core-lib-azure

Extend the AbstractMessageHandler class form core-lib-azure to utilize common worker logs.

@Vibhuti.Sharma Just two queries: 1- What this app name will return ideally? I mean is it different for every pod or it's just going to be "notification". I think the logs would be differentiated well if we see it by pod name. 2-Do we have need to address dead lettered msgs in core lib azure anytime soon i.e when deluverycount>10(deafult)?For notification i dont think we have this ask till now.Not sure about other worker services
