Increase azure code coverage

MR to increase code coverage of azure module, changes done as part of this MR:

1. Cleaned up azure pom for duplicated jacoco-maven-plugin
2. Added required exclusion for non-functional/config classes
3. Added the required code to increase the code coverage from 76% to 88%
