Cloud-agnostic module `indexer-reference` for Anthos (GONRG-1423)

Description:

Added a new cloud-agnostic module indexer-reference. This module can be used for Anthos GCP.

Database: MongoDB

Messaging Broker: RabbitMQ

Search Engine: Elasticsearch

How to test:

Bussines cases.

Changes include:

• Refactor (a non-breaking change that improves code maintainability).
• Bugfix (a non-breaking change that solves an issue).
• New feature (a non-breaking change that adds functionality).
• Breaking change (a change that is not backward-compatible and/or changes current functionality).

• Azure
• AWS
• IBM
