Starting on April 8th, The Open Group will require Two Factor Authentication for all GitLab users. For instructions on setting up 2FA, see the Knowledge Article or GitLab Documentation. Note in particular that any HTTPS clones will require the use of a Personal Access Token (rather than a user’s password) once 2FA is enabled.

What is the change? This change is to port the latest clean-up cron changes from GA
What does it impact? Adds a new endpoint to run a clean-up job for all providers.
How do I reproduce or test the change? You can trigger GET request via /_dps/task-handlers/index-cleanup, unit tests were added as well
Other Following properties(env variables) must be set CRON_INDEX_CLEANUP_PATTERN CRON_INDEX_CLEANUP_TENANTS GAE_SERVICE
