Use worker logs from core-lib

Aim

(1) Consume the common worker log template form core-lib-azure.

(2) Update correlation-id being sent to Indexer service to be messageId of the service bus message.

Do not merge before merging osdu/platform/system/lib/cloud/azure/os-core-lib-azure!193 (merged)

Testing

Tested changes locally to verify logs and correlation-id is updated as expected.
