Transient Issue: Partial Indexing during Ingestion

Scenario: Create a Schema and insert 500 records with Storage, I should be able to search with the kind and get 500 records

Actual result: I am only able to get 450 results back (note: this behavior is flaky, all records get successfully indexed sometimes as well but partial indexing still happens).
