Merged Shane Hutchins requested to merge loadtest_and_admincli_test into master
  • rework mocking to remove confusion if Mock or no CLOUD_PROVIDER set
  • Added additional details when tests fail for debugging
  • remove extra output in tests
  • fix issue with admincli integration tests
  • loadtest fix for azure running on alpine
