Error removing member from group

API: /api/entitlements/v2/groups/{group_id}/members/{member_id} fails for providers which use redis to keep the entitlement groups. Need to extract azure (graph cosmosdb), aws (redis) and gcp (redis) specific logic to providers from entitlements-core module.
