OpenTelemetry completed- add new env variable AZ_AI_CONNECTION_STR to authenticate properly to Azure AppInsights

Add new env variable "AZ_AI_CONNECTION_STR" and config variable "az_ai_connection_str" because AppInsights requires "connection-string" instead of "Instrumentation-key"
