added changes to use the Azure standard ddms charts

  • This modification will add a new job (azure containerize helm) to the pipeline that will package the helm charts and push them into Microsoft ACR
  • The azure deploy job is also adjusted to use the Istio Virtual Service instead of ingress and standard-ddms instead of local repository charts
