Add bogus CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH to AWS
This speeds up the build on Windows Server 2016 because it seems to be missing some host caching and GetFileAttribute on a path like //cmake will be very expensive
Starting on April 8th, The Open Group will require Two Factor Authentication for all GitLab users. For instructions on setting up 2FA, see the Knowledge Article or GitLab Documentation.
