The changes in this PR include:

  1. Enabling MSI auth for blob storage for azure
  2. Introducing dockerfiles specific for azure (the usage of these is not yet implemented in community)
  3. Fixing some Unit tests and Integration tests
  4. Fixing vulnerabilities by upgrading the packages
