SamplesAnalysis WPC - Removal of VerticalMeasurements, TopDepth, BottomDepth

Per OSDU forum discussion on SamplesAnalysis unified schema, the decision was made to exclude depth-specific data in the WPC, instead relying upon the Sample master-data for depth information pertaining to the sample.

As such, the updated SamplesAnalysis schema will not have:

VerticalMeasurements object within the meta [ ] object TopDepth BottomDepth
