Remove API v1 code

Context

According to the API versioning deprecation plan, code relating to the API version marked as "deprecated" must be removed.

Scope

1. Remove all code related to the API v1
2. Remove all infrastructure (deployment) related code and settings
3. Remove all examples for the API v1
4. Remove all related tests
5. Update documentation
