Coefficient table data model update (MPFM Calibration Tables)

Based on additional discussions with SMEs and development team, and settling on a new schema for PVT Models, the existing schema needs to be modified.

• Removal of SamplesAnalysis as the related master, to be replaced with the appropriate PVTModel schema object(s)
• Change the name 'coefficient_table' to 'mpfm_calibration_tables'. The reason for this change is that these tables do not store coefficients, they store the set of tables used to calibrate Multi-Phase Flow Meters. This was a documentation error when the original issue was created.
