Revert attributes using pattern referencing SampleTestRunType to Free text

@rgadrbou pointed out the need for free text in the SampleTestRunType as sometimes a single number will be used to designate the order a test was run in rather than providing more context. As a result this needs to be changed back to free text.

RCA uses this reference list. We may need to check if any others do
