Support new master data from the Unified Sample Model

The data definitions team has published their changes for the unified sample model, and we need to adopt the new types

Changes needed (all on the masterdata endpoint):

1. Remove master-data--Coring
2. Update to master-data--Sample:2.0.0
3. Add the following new types:

• master-data--SampleAcquisitionJob:1.0.0
• master-data--SampleChainOfCustodyEvent:1.0.0
• master-data--SampleContainer:1.0.0
• master-data--GenericFacility:1.0.0
• master-data--GenericSite:1.0.0
