Add `samplesanalysesreport` for v2

Scope

Due to the v1 API deprecation, it is necessary to register the samplesanalysesreport for v2.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The samplesanalysesreport data support is presented in API v2
2. The logic covered by tests
3. The request added to the RAFS Postman Collection
