Add `rocksampleanalyses` for v2

Scope

Due to the v1 API deprecation, it is necessary to register the rocksampleanalyses for v2.

1. The RCA data support is presented in API v2
2. The logic covered by tests
3. The request added to the RAFS Postman Collection
