Merge physical chemistry schema to sto analysis

The physical_chemistry_data_schema and sto_data_schema were reviewed and compared as per the forum advice.

• Merged the two schemas into one: https://gitlab.opengroup.org/osdu/subcommittees/data-def/projects/RAFSDDMSDEV/docs/-/blob/main/Design%20Documents/sto_data_schema.json
• Removed SARA from the content schemas as it should belong to the fractionation_data_schema and it should be its own analyaia
• Removed HTGC from the content schemas as it should belong to the gaschromatography_data_schema and it should be its own analyaia
• Added the attributes that didn't overlap between the two schemas
• Removed the array of STOFLashedLiquidProperties as the properties are reported once per sample
