[QA] Add correlation-id to header, move version from url_prefix to the endpoint level

TODO:

  • add correlation-id to header
  • xfail test_get_non_existent_version_of_the_record because of osdu/platform/system/storage#181
  • Move version from url_prefix to the endpoint level
