Improve logging format and content for a better visualization

Currently is not so easy to follow a specific server-client log trace. The propose is to make the log easier to read and add new contents that improve the identification of a specific client request/response logs. Propose:

  1. Add the client ID to the log;
  2. Add the application name to the log;
  3. Change the format for better understanding.
