Zipped files in the exported ETP files have wrong datetime

Exported EPC files have wrong datetime of internal zipped files:

Steps to reproduce:

• Export any existing dataspace
• View or extract files from the EPC file (which is actually ZIP) via suitable tools

Actual result: zipped files has wrong date like 2/07/06

Expected result: zipped files should have current datetime

Reproducible only on Linux, works fine on Windows.
