EPC and HDF5 files must have the same name

If an epc file has not got the same name than its corresponding HDF5 file, it does not look to be supported for an import to the open etp server. RESQML standard allows, even if not recommended, an HDF5 file to be named differently since its name is given in the rel file of the obj_ExternalPartReference.
