AWS Integration Tests Consistently Fail

Ever since this MR, AWS integration tests for the ETP Server consistently fail.

What is the purpose of this MR? Should there be a change that requires a fix?

If this requires a change on the infrastructure/deployment side, please inform me.

I have tried looking into it, but I do not have the full context for what this does.

This is currently blocking any newly Data spaces from being created, which is why I have added the Critical Severity tag.
