Need for a validation framework that can be used to certify ETP servers

Energistics needs a testing framework that can be used to certify conformance of servers against the ETP specification. Such server can be used to provide reports assessing server adherence to ETP standard. Open-etp-client can be the base for such framework, since:

• It provides client library in a scripting language
• Include a testing framework
• open-etp-server can be used as test server
• Is already using the Open Group/OSDU methodologies and tools
