Remove osdu_k8s module and related files
This commit removes the entire osdu_k8s module and associated files, including:
- Terraform files for various Kubernetes resources
- Helm chart configurations
- Release and version management scripts
- Pipeline configuration updates
The module has been moved to a separate repository, and references have been updated accordingly in the main Terraform files and examples.
