Deletion of storage container - "workflow-tasks-sharing"

Overview: Data sharing across tasks in workflow will now be done by creating a dedicated containers for each dag run (see #84 (closed)). Hence we no longer need the container "workflow-tasks-sharing" which is being used to share the data across workflow tasks. This container needs to be deleted.

• Obtain approval for any infrastructure requirements.
• Implement any required infrastructure changes.
• Obtain approval for merge request(s) containing infrastructure changes.
