Feature - Security rules for OSDU Infrastructure - Network (ServiceBus PE)

Currently the connection from AKS to Service Bus is established through public endpoint. This has the next impact on highly loaded production:

• Security (public internet traffic)
• Load & auto scaling (AKS SNAT outgoing port limitation)
• Performance (latency)

Switching to Private endpoints should resolve the items above.
