Arch Change - Ingestion Workflow Cosmos Collections

Need to create new collections for R3 ingestion workflow, as there is a change in partition key semantics

Collections to be created

  • WorkflowTasksSharingInfoV2- (Partition key - /partitionKey)

The above collection should support large size partition keys
