Feature Change - Add new environment template to bring up terraform resources related to Monitoring and Alerting
Resources related to monitoring and alerting cannot be brought up by existing templates. A new template is needed which will execute the terraform modules associated with these resources.
Acceptance Criteria
- ADR must be opened and approved for this change.
- Necessary infrastructure and helm charts should be created or updated.
- New and existing unit and integration tests should pass.
- Process Documentation should exist to provide instructions on how to use or enable this feature.
