remove hostpath configs for seismic
- Remove hostpath configs for seismic service.

- Extension for !643 (merged)
- Since Azureglobal1 tenant AKS azure policy restricts hostpath volume configs and this blocks automated pipelines fails.
- This MR proposes to remove optional hostpath volume.
