Resolve "Create pre-merge pipeline for Helm-Charts-Azure repository."

• Implemented go simple test
• Test will only check for namespace word in the produced manifest, this can be extended in the future
• For osdu-azure it will check as well that default image contains msosdu.
• For osdu-airflow2 it will check deployment and default image containing msosdu.
• For osdu-ddms will check namespace only.
