[BUG] Helm Charts Deployment wiki Error

A minor wiki error was discovered during several rounds of greenfield deployments:

In Azure Base chart deployment step, wiki command line is missing a backslash at the end of line "helm upgrade -i osdu-base oci://msosdu.azurecr.io/helm/${CHART} --version ${VERSION} -n default --set"
