Errors in osdu-azure and osdu-airflow2 Helm Deployment Scripts

• In the wiki describing osdu-azure Helm Chart deployment, the parameter values for OSDU_AIRFLOW_URL and AIRFLOW_DB are for airflow1. They need to be updated for airflow2.
• Also encountered "timeout error" in the airflow2 Helm chart deployment step that results in "airflow2-synch-users" in a failed deployment state.
• In airflow2 Helm Deployment wiki, it references VERSION=1.18.0at the beginning while the latest version has been updated to 1.18.3, which is correct in the later part of the wiki.
