Adopting new Dag Repo Structure for supporting Packaged Dags
This issue is inline with this approved [ADR]
The segy-to-vds Dag repository should be restructured to adhere to the new packaged Dag formats
The new structure can be referred from Manifest Ingestion and CSV Parser DAGs
