Community Implementation for EDS Compatibility (#138)

Description:

To allow EDS Naturalization to run on CI environment (Baremetal/Anthos) that is using MinIO

Scope:

  1. Able to upload and download for File.*
  2. able to upload and download for FileCollection.*
  3. Create unit test cases for both File.* and FileCollection.*
  4. Perform testing and documentation for both File.* and FileCollection.*
  5. Code cleaning
