GONRG-6775: [FIX] Dataset DMS client returns deprecated retrieval instructions
Description:
The MR is needed due to this changes: osdu/platform/system/dataset!319 (merged)
To fix this issue get_retrieval_instructions deprecated method was replaced with retrieval_instructions
